If you follow me on Facebook or Instagram, you may know that a couple weeks ago my little hometown played host, as it does every year, to the Bridgewater Country Fair. It has been an institution in my town for as long as I can remember and beyond, when the town comes together to volunteer for three days over a weekend in August, raising money for our volunteer fire department.
There is something I love about the colors and the lights and the fonts (yes, I said ‘fonts’) that are part of the anatomy of a fair/carnival/circus. Oh, and I’m seriously obsessed with cotton candy. It is my home decor dream to have some kind of light fixture that looks as though it was taken straight out of an old time carnival. And thanks to Etsy, that dream may very easily become a reality.
